When should I expect my matcha?

Your order will be processed on its renewal date, meaning your order will be confirmed by our fulfillment team and then shipped shortly afterwards. You should receive an order confirmation email or SMS notification as soon as it’s been processed and

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! You can skip your upcoming shipment or edit the renewal date by logging into your account or by replying to our automated shipping notifications sent 3 days before the renewal date. Please note: We cannot accommodate any same-day requests.

Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?

Of course! To have your order processed before its renewal date, please login into your account and edit the renewal date or click “Get now” to have your order processed as soon as possible. Please note: We cannot accommodate any same-day requests. I

How can I swap my subscription product?

Yes! You can swap your subscription product to any of our subscription products by logging into your account. Please note: We cannot accommodate any same-day requests.

Can I still take advantage of deals for non-subscribers?

Definitely! In order to get the latest non-subscription deals, you’ll need to create a new order outside of your subscription. We understand that this isn’t the most ideal solution but please stay tuned as we continue to improve!

Help! I requested a change to my subscription but the order was processed.

If we received your request before your renewal date, we’re more than happy to accommodate accordingly. We ask that requests are made at least three days prior to the renewal date to ensure we’re able to make these changes for you in time. Please not
